Our client is an independent town planning and development consultancy, who for over 25 years has been providing commercially astute, professional services to the private and public sector. They assist clients on a range complex projects, helping them to maximise the value of their property assets while meeting other strategic objectives. They aim to provide a huge range a planning and development services across a range of sectors and sizes from urban and rural master planning to individual projects.
Due to a recent surge in successful developments, they are searching for a talented and ambitious Town Planner to join their illustrious planning team in their London office. If you think this could be you, keep reading!
As a successful Town Planner, you will be undertaking the following duties:
- Managing projects involving planning applications and appeals, providing accurate and efficient advice to clients.
- Investing in the development of a range of sites and projects and assessing sites for development suitability.
- Demonstrating an ability to marshal evidence in support of the planning projects.
- Demonstrating a positive, proactive attitude with the drive to meet client expectations and promote the business through the use of marketing and networking skills.
- You must also hold a general knowledge and understanding of the city of London and the surrounding areas.
