Town Planner | Birmingham | Multi-disciplinary Planning Consultancy
£28,000 to £35,000

A highly motivated and ambitious Town Planner is required by one of the top 5 planning consultancies in the UK. My client is specialising in a wide variety of major planning projects including retail, residential, health care and education. With an enviable client list, along with the highest calibre multi-disciplinary team, my client can offer exceptional opportunities to showcase your talents and flourish within their established team.
The Town Planner will have many key responsibilities which will include the preparation of planning applications and appeals while also being able to liaise with clients and fellow professionals. You will contribute to the preparation /editing of planning support statements and assist in developing creative and original solutions to satisfy all parties.
You will be an independent, hardworking individual who lives and breathes Town Planning. Confident, focused and highly driven, you will hold an expert knowledge of local planning legislation and regulations along with the determination to become a full-fledged member of the RTPI if not already. The Town Planner will thrive under pressure and have excellent written skills along with being able to deliver fantastic levels of service
