Graduate Planner (1 year experience)

The Role

Are you an experienced Graduate Planner and want to work for a dynamic and successful consultancy in the heart of London? Want to work directly with the Managing Director and be heavily involved in a range of major schemes across London & the South East?

A boutique consultancy, recently awarded and recognised by the RTPI is looking to appoint an experienced Graduate Planner to join the team. From day one, you will be working on large-scale strategic schemes with renowned blue-chip companies and a host of extremely loyal clients. Projects range from masterplanning major developments through to gaining consent for high-end residential developments for high wealth individuals.

On a daily basis you will be assisting the Director, researching, drafting and submitting planning applications, preparing for appeal, committee or any other high-profile public event as well as attending client meetings and site visits when necessary.

About You

You will be an ambitious Planning Consultant from either public or private sector background, have a desire to produce and deliver quality results and be eager to progress your career further.

You should have a Planning related degree with ideally 12-18 months of relevant planning experience, working towards RTPI membership.

The business is looking to grow and has regularly been recognised by the RTPI for their successes in dealing with challenging schemes and repeatedly delivering fantastic outcomes for their clients.
