Job Details
We are currently assisting a Local Planning Authority in the Staffordshire area in their search for an experienced Planner to join their Development Management Team.
Initially for a 4 month period you will be tasked with a case of more complex minor applications and a small Major Planning applications (20-30 units). The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running with recent and relevant experience within a LPA.
You must hold a Full UK driving license with access to a vehicle in order to conduct site visits. Mileage paid at £0.45/mile.
The role has been deemed inside IR35, and pay rate is negotiable depending on experience.
