Principal Planning Officer **OUTSIDE IR35**
A Local Authority in Buckinghamshire are looking to recruit an experienced Planning Officer at Principal level with experience of dealing with major applications to step in and join the Major Applications team.
Successful candidates for this role will have acquired practical experience as a Planner in development management with a proven track record to hit the ground running, processing complex major applications. A Town Planning related degree or diploma, and exceptional written and communication skills are essential.
The contract will be an initial 3 month rolling contract. This Local Authority also offer flexible home working and or compressed working hours.
Due to the nature of this role, the contract has been deemed outside of IR35. The rate for this role will be commensurate with the successful contractors previous experience. You will need to have a full driver's licence and access to a car.
