£32,000 to £40,000 + Full Benefits



One of the largest UK Planning Consultancies based in the heart of London has seen dramatic growth over the last 2 years with a particular focus on the residential, education, mix-use and industrial based projects are looking to expand the Town Planning division with a number of experienced Town Planner appointments.



Currently required is an experienced RTPI Senior Town Planner with a degree and/or post-graduate qualification in planning to run key projects within the company working on all aspects of the planning process on the aforementioned areas. You will act as a mentor to other members of the team but also have a flexible working pattern to enable you to create a role that suits your skills.



To work on a number of existing projects at first working alongside a Technical Director and eventually becoming the project lead, you will be required to work with clients in both the Public and Private sector and will prepare complex planning applications, appeals and also represent the client at hearings. You will need to liaise with other divisions of the company and must have a flexible working attitude to fit this ever-changing market.



Being a Senior Town Planner or higher you will have a proven track record in working projects from inception through to completion. You can be a generalist in skills but will need experience in dealing with projects around the South East with any high profile projects being of particular interest.



You will ideally be a full RTPI member or be working towards this level and have experience in both the Public and Private sector.
