Join a nationally recognised leader in the planning and design sector as a Planner, and work in a large open plan office within a friendly and sociable team.
This respected consultancy based in central Bristol, less than a 10-minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads station. The company offers a culture of high support and high challenge, where each individual is encouraged to grow and flourish both personally and professionally.
The Practice offers planning guidance to clients from all sectors of the development industry - from private landowners to local authorities, national corporate organisations to local businesses and on developments of all types and scales - to guide projects from concept to completion.
In this role, you will work on large scale residential, mixed-use and commercial developments (both Brownfield and Greenfield) through the Local Development Framework. Typical developments range between 250-500 units.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication and technical skills, Planning experience and a willingness to learn.
