Your new company
Our client is a London Borough Council that prides itself on excellent planning processes supported by innovative thinkers and problem solvers.
Your new role
Due to a heavy work caseload, a new planning opportunity has arisen whereby you will be tasked with managing a mix of minor and medium scale applications in the borough and making sure that the council is getting the most from important developments and maximising relationships with key stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have an RTPI recognised planning degree or an international equivalent. You will have a track record in working with a council or planning consultancy processing or assisting with planning applications, desirably with 3 years Development Management experience. Your communication skills, ability to meet tight deadlines and strengths in project management will allow you to see through politically important planning applications.
