Senior Planner - Hampshire
Established and Respected Planning Consultancy
£NEG depending on experience + Full benefits package
An established Planning consultancy with offices across the South of England is looking to recruit a Senior Planner to join the existing team in the head office in Hampshire.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected business with over 30 year's experience and over 20 staff to work with a spectrum of clients in a variety of sectors right across the country.
Projects typically fall in the Commercial, Residential, Mixed-Use and Health sectors which can be brown or green field and can be new builds, change of use, alterations or replacement. The company would also welcome candidates that hold experience in other sectors. Our client provides a wide range of planning services including;
-Planning Appraisals & Advice & Pre-Application Submissions
-Planning Applications & Appeals
-Strategic Development Planning & Certificate of Lawfulness
-Heritage & Enforcement
-Public Engagement & CIL / Section 106 obligations
You will work with an experienced leadership team hugely experienced management team who will provide the support and guidance needed to help you reach your career objectives.
Job requirements
-Town Planning degree and/or masters accredited by the RTPI
-MRTPI
-5+ years Planning experience (public or private sector)
-Excellent communication skills
-Driven attitude
