Associate Director of Planning

The Role

An Associate Director or Director of Planning is required to join a small Planning consultancy as they continue their growth and look to bring in new clients and add people to the Partnership agreement. After several successful years and growing the business to circa 20 people, the company are looking to further grow and have fresh leadership at the top.

As an Associate Director or Director of Planning, you will be leading on major projects, regularly pursuing new opportunities for business and working closely with clients to provide expert planning advice.

About You

You will be an ambitious, driven and well-connected individual whilst possessing a network of contacts across the property market that can be an avenue for new work streams to bring into the business. You will have experience in leading on large-scale projects across London & the South East, have managed teams and sub-consultants during the coordination of planning applications and have an expert understanding of the UK planning system.

You will have experience at speaking at high profile events, chairing meetings and leading at appeal will also allow you to take on some complex work and look to deliver for pre-existing clients.
