Job Details
We are assisting our local authority client based in Surrey with their Search for a Senior DM Officer to join their planning department on an initial 3-month contract.
Our client is looking for a Planning Officer capable of dealing with a variety of planning applications including both residential (some small majors) and commercial development.
Candidates must have recent experience of acting as a case officer including undertaking consultations, report writing and conditions drafting.
This role is initially for 3 months with possibility of extending.
Pay Rate - £30-35 Per Hour (Umbrella)
