Manchester
£28,000 to £35,000 + Full Benefits.

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be representing an established Specialist Planning Consultancy in Manchester who are looking for an ambitious Senior Town Planner to join their established planning team of over 10 Planners.
Our client holds a breath of industry knowledge with projects across the following sectors: Residential, Commercial, Retail, Education, Leisure & Tourism and Mix-Use. Therefore, to apply the successful Senior Town Planner will have 3-5 years' experience with specific experience within the above areas. A Masters or Degree in an RTPI recognised qualification is expected.
The Senior Town Planner role will allow you to cover all aspects of planning projects, including offering guidance to colleagues on planning applications, submissions as well as the appeal process. Client site meetings are expected therefore excellent interpersonal skills are a must as well as a full understanding of planning regulations and legislation.
To apply the Senior Town Planner will have a degree and/or masters that it RTPI accredited and have a wide range of planning experience including running projects and offering guidance to junior members of a planning team. Both private and public planning experience would be of interest.
