Associate Town Planner

Are you a chartered town planner looking to step up and work with a successful, growing town planning consultancy?

About you

You’re a chartered town planner with at least five years of experience. You will currently be working for a consultancy. You’ll have proven experience of working in the residential or commercial market and will be confident in the preparation, submission and management of a range of applications and appeals. An assertive communicator, you will be comfortable liaising with clients and managing a large, varied caseload of projects. Leadership skills- or potential- are also essential for this position.

The Role

You will be joining at Associate Planner level. Your responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with clients on projects that are residential, commercial or mixed use
• Submitting high quality planning applications representing the best interests of your clients
• Engaging confidently with stakeholders and communities to ensure successful outcomes for your planning applications
• Leading and managing a team in a positive, friendly environment.
