Senior | Principal Town Planner
Are you a chartered town planner who wants to work for an ethical consultancy that invests in their staff?
You’re a chartered town planner with at least three years of experience. You’ll already be working in consultancy and will have experience of delivering quality planning services to a range of clients. You’ll be eager to learn and have an interest in working in multiple areas including, but not limited to affordable housing, custom housing and the care sector. Motivated and driven, you’ll want to take full advantage of the company funded training.
You will be joining at Senior or Principal Planner level. Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with clients and managing projects under the tutorship of associates and directors
- Submitting high quality planning applications representing the best interests of your clients
- Engaging confidently with stakeholders and communities to ensure successful outcomes for your planning applications
- Contributing to a team in a positive, friendly environment and providing a valuable service to local communities
