Director of Planning required - Suffolk - Housebuilder

We are seeking a Director of Planning in Suffolk to join an award winning housebuilder.

Requirements:

• You must hold MRTPI Status
• Hold an MSc in Town Planning
• Extensive Planning experience in the Private sector
• Excellent knowledge of the planning system
• Strong understanding of Local Authority policies

The role:

Working with the existing Town Planning team, you will be responsible for managing the planning process for all residential new build developments across East Anglia and Essex. You will co-ordinate and manage external consultants, liaise with Local Authorities, prepare development design briefs, instruct legal teams on planning documentation and ensure all matters are advised by the Development Director.
