Senior & Associate Planner | London | Planning Consultancy

Role: Senior/Associate Planner. Permanent. Full time.

Location: Central London (Farringdon)

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (Depending on experience) + benefits package.



Penguin Recruitment is excited to be working with an established planning consultancy who has worked with over 30 councils and a variety of private sector businesses, are recruiting both a Senior and Associate Planner due to expansion and growth within the firm.

The successful candidates will have at least 5 years' experience, ideally within a consultancy environment. The successful Associate Planner must have 5 years' experience within the private sector. Additionally, successful candidates will be excellent communicators, motivated, ambitious and be natural leaders as well as RTPI accredited.

Day to day duties will include:

-Developing a range of applications.

-Attend site visits.

-Meeting with clients.

-Managing and leading junior planners.

-Developing the client base of the business.

-Supporting Directors as required

-Lead enforcement

-Complete Appraisals

-Work on appeals as appropriate
