Penguin Recruitment is excited to be working with an innovative and market leading town planning, architectural and design consultancy, to recruit a Graduate Town Planner to their ever-growing team.
The successful candidate will receive not only a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package, but on-going training and support to pursue and work towards your own career goals. In this role, you have access to small and large scale Residential, large-scale commercial, public sector, and regeneration projects.
Your duties will include:
-Identifying possible development opportunities and strategic land promotion.
-Assist senior planners and directors.
-Attend planning meetings.
-Submit local plans.
-Undertake planning applications and appeals.
-Continue your learning and development.
In order to apply, you will hold a town planning qualification (or similar), experience in planning is preferred but not essential. You should be a strong communicator, team player with a desire to learn and grow.
