Location: Brighton
Salary: £28,000-£40,000 PA + attractive benefits package (Depending on experience)
Penguin Recruitment is excited to be working with one of the fastest growing planning consultancies in the United Kingdom who are field leaders in the residential, rural and development property services market. Our client is recruiting a Senior Planner to join their diverse and ever-growing team.
Our client is at the forefront of the market with unparallel levels of expertise in over 67 nationwide offices throughout Scotland and England. They have extensive experience in Strategic development, offices, and logistics, residential housing, mixed-use, energy, infrastructure, education, retail, rural planning as well as retirement/healthcare planning.
As part of the planning team, you will work alongside landowners, institutional clients and the development industry to unlock the planning potential of land and buildings throughout the United Kingdom.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Planner, within either the private or public sector and is MRTPI accredited. You should be a clear communicator, be a team player with strong time management skills.
The day to day roles will include:
-Working to strict deadlines.
-Building and sustaining strong relationships with both clients and peers alike.
-Develop, submit and monitor planning applications.
-Work with and lead teams internally.
-Support director as required.
-Assist and guide junior members of the team.
