Job role: Graduate Town Planner
Location: Cardiff
Salary: Competitive
Penguin Recruitment are looking for Graduates who are looking for their first opportunity within the Planning sector who are based in the South West who are open to relocating or commuting to Cardiff.
My client is an established international consultancy with offices across the UK where they specialise in education, energy, leisure, mixed used and residential projects.
With a busy workload due to start they are looking to expand the team in the Cardiff office where the successful candidate will be supported by chartered professionals and supported through their own planning journey. With a competitive salary on offer, along with an excellent package you will be required to support senior staff on planning applications, site visits and appeals.
We are looking for Graduate Town Planners who have completed an MSc or BSc within the planning field (ideally an RTPI or RICS accredited course) achieving a 2.1 and above. All candidates will be considered that have had a placement working in the public or private sector.
