Salary: £24,000 - £36,000

With a history that dates back over 30 years, our client is one of the most trusted and influential Planning and Architectural consultancies in London. They offer comprehensive and commercially-minded town planning advice across a range of sectors. Their in-house planning team has extensive experience with commercial property and a clear understanding of the development process, working closely with the practice's design team and independently. Due to a recent surge in business, they are searching for a talented and ambitious Junior Town Planner to join their innovative planning team.
As the successful Junior Town Planner, you will be expected to undertake the following duties:
- Working in a client facing role.
- Managing projects involving planning applications and appeals, providing accurate and efficient advice to clients.
- Liaising with planning officers, employees of consultee organisations and third parties.
- Demonstrating an ability to marshal evidence in support of the planning projects.
- Investing in the development of a range of sites and projects and assessing sites for development suitability.
