Are you an expereinced enforcemetn leader looking for a new role? Our client are a local authority based in South London who currently have a need to appoing a Planning Enforcement Manager on a contract basis.



Managing a team of 5, you will be responsible for leading and amageing the service as well as investigating and resolving difficult, high profile and significant breaches of legislation, affecting the borough by operating across traditional boundaries. You will be required to carry out investigations into planning complaints and enquiries in accordance with the priorities set by the Council's Planning Committee and make recommendations on appropriate further action. In additional as the principal officer, you will provide advice and guidance to colleges and support the team leader.





You will ideally be a charted planner with at least 5 years enforcement expereince, some of which has been as a team leader / manager.
