We are seeking a positive candidate with a demonstrable track record in Planning Policy and the ambition to embrace the key challenges and opportunities in delivering the planned growth within our District.

You will play a key role in helping to secure the adoption of the Local Plan and supporting its implementation, as well as its review in due course.  You will be working on a range of policy development projects with a variety of partners, stakeholders and developers, therefore strong interpersonal skills are key.

This role provides an exciting opportunity for a candidate with experience in either the public or private sector, who is looking to progress their career within a supportive team that is committed to planning positively to meet growth needs of this very special District.
