As part of our client’s development strategy for the company, they are looking to add to their Milton Keynes office with an Associate Director of Planning.
Our client has been around for a number of years and holds an excellent reputation in the planning market across the UK. They provide advice to major clients and work on some of the most exciting and challenging projects across the country.
Working on a wide range of projects for both public and private sector clients the department’s principal work comprises providing advice to clients; preparing and submitting planning applications and ES; reviewing planning policy and making appropriate representations; preparing planning appeals, and coordinating activities using the team's project team management skills.
The Associate Director opening is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career. You will be working on a number of projects and must have a very high level of technical competence and demonstrate the ability to manage your own time and workload. The Associate Director will be expected to have a good standard of written and spoken English, with good analytical and interpersonal skills.
To apply for the Associate Director position, you must hold a strong academic background and full RTPI membership. You will be commercially minded, have market credibility and show a proven ability to win new work and clients and nurture existing client relationships to win repeat business.
The Associate Director will have upwards of 7 years’ experience and have recently worked on medium/large scale planning applications. The role would suit candidates with residential, and retail experience.
