My client is a local authority in East Anglia, who are currently looking for a Senior Planning Officer to join their busy team on an initial 6-month contract.

The rate for this position is negotiable depending on skills and experience and they have informed me that this position will run for a long time and may even go permanent for the right candidate.

To be successful in this role, you will have –

  • Commercial and residential experience
  • Recent local authority experience
  • Experience handling a high volume of planning application and working in a team to manage this heavy work load
  • Experience in minerals and waste
