MRTPI Planner | Central London | Dynamic Consultancy

Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be working with a dynamic town planning consultancy in central London on the hire of an MRTPI Planner at Senior & Associate Level.

This consultancy operates across Greater London and the South East of England and in a range of sectors including residential, mixed-use, commercial and infrastructure. The company is based in central London with Farringdon and Barbican as the nearest stations.

You will join a small but friendly team of five Planners where you will provide the following range of services for the company's clients;

-Planning Applications

-Appraisals

-Enforcement

-Local Plan Representations

-Appeals



In addition to the above, you will lead on larger scale projects, mentor junior members of the team and support the Director as required. The Director is keen to stress the ability for the successful candidate to rise within the business where you will have genuine opportunities to make significant contributions to the future direction of the business.

The successful candidate will be a good team worker and be driven, motivated and passionate about planning. All applicants must be a Chartered Member of the RTPI, have experience of successfully managing large scale developments. Associate Planners will be expected to demonstrate a record of winning new work and clients.

There is a salary guide of £40,000 for a Senior Planner appointment and £50,000 for an Associate appointment. This is course dependant on experience and potential clients/contacts in the market.
