Job Details
I am looking to speak with Town Planners in the North West in relation to an exciting new opportunity in Manchester with an established planning consultancy!
In this role, you will join as a key member of the team and have the opportunity to lead on a range of exciting projects with the support of an experienced leadership team. You will manage a diverse portfolio of exciting projects across the Residential, Retail, Education, Commercial, Mixed Use, Leisure & Tourism sectors. This will include dealing with clients and local planning authorities directly to take developments through the planning process. You will be involved with appraising sites and assessing the prospects of securing planning permission through the Local Plan process.
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual. You will have good planning stage project management skills and experience of working with other disciplines involved in the planning process. In addition, you will hold a strong understanding of development management procedures and working with local planning authorities through to the determination of planning applications is required. Experience of the planning appeals process is preferable.
You should hold MRTPI and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be a true team player. Candidates should hold a full UK driving license.
