Job Details
A well-respected and experienced property and construction consultancy in Cheltenham is looking to recruit an MRTPI Town Planner. The planning team has a national coverage dealing in a wide range of exciting and challenging projects across the commercial, residential, retail education and leisure sectors.
As part of the Planner role, you will be responsible for the preparation and submission of often complex planning applications and appeals. You will work within a team led by one of the Partners and will have exposure in supporting junior members of staff in their projects.
In order to apply, you should be MRTPI qualified and have a comprehensive knowledge of the planning system. Applicants should have a minimum of 4 years of planning experience, ideally including private sector experience. You should have excellent writing and communication skills along with a clean drivers license.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, together with the drive and enthusiasm to develop their career at the consultancy. You will need to be able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
