Their scope covers small and large scale developments across the UK, and they provide advice and expertise in all aspects of the planning system, assisting their clients to obtain optimum results day in day out.

They are searching for an ambitious and talented candidate who will be joining their excellent Professional Support Team.

Key Requirements:

• Planning or administration experience
• General knowledge and understanding of the North West and the surrounding area
• The ability to work under pressure and handle all planning matters, applications and appeals from start to completion.

Duties:

• Preparing, submitting and monitoring planning applications and appeals for the Consultant Team.
• Working on a mix of both local and national projects to contribute to the continued success of the business.
• Providing support to the Planning Consultants.
