Town Planner - Surrey - Clientaside

Do you hold over 3 years Town Planning experience and are seeking new Clientside opportunities?

Have you got previous Private sector experience?

Can you demonstrate your technical understanding of the planning process?

We are seeking a Town Planner in Reigate to join a Developer who is looking to expand their existing team.

The role:

You will join the existing planning team and work on a range of residential and mixed use schemes across the South East. Responsibilities will see you undertake planning applications and appeals, attend pre appliction meetings and manage the planning process. Supported by Senior Planners you will be exposed to excellent career progression.

Requirements:

- Hold a MSc in Town Planning or associated degree subject which will be RTPI acknowledged

- Actively working or have already achieved MRTPI status

- Hold a minimum of 3 years Private sector planning experience

- Previous residential scheme experience would be highly advantageous
