Job Details
A Local Authority in the beautiful area of Dorset are looking to recruit an experienced Planning Officer at Principal level with experience of dealing with major applications to step in and join the Major Applications team.
The contract will initially run for 3 months, should everything go well for both parties, it will be highly likely to extend beyond this.
The council are looking to recruit an individual who can hit the ground running, processing complex major applications on a large scale. A Town Planning related degree or diploma, and exceptional written and communication skills are essential.
This position has the opportunity of flexible home working. The rate is currently under negotiation; if you have a rate in mind please do let me know and I will try my best to achieve this for you.
