Job Details
-Are you interested in town planning and the built environment we live in?
-Have you completed or are you completing a degree in Geography, Planning or Law?
-Would working with a dynamic award-winning consultancy excite you?
A respected Planning & Development Consultancy in Bedford is looking to recruit a Graduate Planner to join the team from September. The successful candidate would join a now established Consultancy in Bedfordshire with a strong reputation for the quality of advice and results.
Our client works with developers, landowners, homeowners, and organisations. Developments can be single swellings through to much larger schemes (how would you like to work on urban extensions of several hundred new homes?!). Holding offices in Bedford and London our client taps all industries, but with a particular focus on Residential (C3 and C2).
The company has scooped multiple Business and RTPI awards, recognising their processes, results and impact locally as well as nationally.
The company operates a graduate program that will provide you with an excellent basis for a career in development and planning. Whether you have already completed a planning-related degree, or are looking to continue your studies and specialise in planning, the graduate program will support you as you develop your career.
You will join an experienced team and help offer an increasingly diverse range of services to their clients that will include traditional planning consultancy advice, development agency, public consultation, s106 negotiation, viability work, and negotiation between parties to achieve planning success.
Salary & Benefits
The company provides a very competitive salary and benefits package ensuring you are well rewarded for your hard work. The company invest in their staff and encourage a supportive and collaborative culture. Post the graduate scheme you will continue to be coached and guided to help you achieve your career objectives.
