Associate Director
Cambridge
£55,000 - £70,000 + Full Benefits Package
As part of our client's development strategy for the company, they are looking to add to their Cambridge office with an Associate Director of Planning.
Our client has been around for a number of years and holds an excellent reputation in the planning market across the UK. They provide advice to major clients and work on some of the most exciting and challenging projects across the country.
The Associate Director opening is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career. You will be working on a number of projects and must have a very high level of technical competence and demonstrate the ability to manage your own time and workload. The Associate Director will be expected to have a good standard of written and spoken English, with good analytical and interpersonal skills. Your role will normally undertake the following areas of work:
- site appraisals
- planning strategies
- planning applications and appeals
- development plan representations
- providing advice and guidance to clients throughout all stages of the planning process
To apply for the Associate Director position, you must hold a strong academic background and full RTPI membership. You will be commercially minded, have market credibility and show a proven ability to win new work and clients and nurture existing client relationships to win repeat business.
The Associate Director will hold upwards of 7 years' experience and have recently worked on medium/large scale planning applications. The role would suit candidates with residential, mixed-use and retail experience.
