Job Details
Vivid are working with a local authority based in the West Midlands to find an experienced Senior-Principal level Planning Officer to join their busy development management team.
The role will be to deal with major applications ranging from medium-sized applications to larger scale majors.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of a similar role within a local authority
- Experience of dealing with major planning applications
- A driving licence and access to a car
For the role, the authority can offer good rates of up to £40/hr, with the IR35 status still undetermined.
