This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Town Planner to progress in their career and join a large developer in Cheshire.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

You will have completed an MSc in Town Planning or associated degree subject and will have secured Private or Public sector planning experience preparing and negotiating planning applications, working on strategic development sites and submitting planning appeals. The successful candidate will have gained valuable experience attending planning hearings and liaising with key stakeholders on a range of planning projects.
