Senior Planner / Associate

Our client has a new opportunity for a generalist planner, who is commercially focused, to take on an existing workload on a variety of projects with a number of ongoing clients.

As a specialist planning consultancy, they work nationally with a broad client base primarily within the residential, commercial, leisure, and agricultural sectors, delivering compelling planning solutions. You must have brilliant written skills and an ability to negotiate planning applications and appeals with local planning authorities.

As a qualified planner, you will be experienced in client-led consultancy practices. An outstanding written and spoken communicator, coupled with honed negotiation skills, you will have a successful track record of delivered developments.
