Senior Planning Consultant

Our client is a leading property consultancy with a strong established team of Chartered Town Planners. They service a client base of landowners, housebuilders, investors, real estate companies, and the public sector. They we will work closely with their clients at each stage of the planning process, to guide projects from concept to completion.

Their consultants are experienced in negotiating effectively with local authorities across the UK to ensure the best result for their client’s planning aspirations.

They also collaborate with architects, lawyers, transport consultants, ecologists and other technical consultants, to provide their clients with expert representation throughout the planning process. 

They care about their clients, and work closely with them to understand their needs, before coming up with a bespoke strategy to help achieve the desired outcome.

Their process centres around:
•    Understanding your overall goal whilst paying close attention to detail
•    Masterplanning and providing strategic advice
•    Property development viability and best value
•    Selection and introduction to technical consultants
•    Pre-application discussions
•    Project management of the planning process from start to finish.

They are currently looking to recruit a Chartered Town Planner in their Reading office. You may come from a residential or commercial background or may even work in a Development Management team. If so, they can offer you unrivalled access to clients and an opportunity to see your career soar.
