We are seeking an Assistant Planning Manager in Bury St Edmunds to join a Property Investment and Land Promoter.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- MSc in Town Planning or associated degree subject
- Have previous experience with a Planning Consultancy or Developer
- Hold full UK driving licence
- Live within close proximity to Bury St Edmunds
- Hold a strong understanding of the planning process
- Report to Planning Manager
- Undertake planning applications on new developments
- Attend external planning meetings
You will join the existing planning team based in Bury St Edmunds and will be exposed to exciting development projects across East Anglia. The successful applicant will receive a very competitive starting salary and company benefits to match your relevant planning knowledge.
