Job Details
My Surrey based client is looking for an interim Development Manager or Team Leader to join their team urgently for an intial three months.
Tasks would involve checking Officer reports; signing off decisions on applications; reviewing Committee Reports; presenting to Planning Committee and providing general support and advice to the planning officer team.
Similar experience with planning enforcement would be ideal but not essential.
The client will consider someone with a background as a Development Manager or Team Leader.
Rates are negotiable.
The role will most likely fall inside IR35.
