£23,000 to £30,000 + Benefits



Planning and Development Consultancy based in Bedford are looking for a Town Planner with a minimum of 1-3 years' experience working in either the private or public sector. Full training to take you through your APC will be provided as well as exposure to a vast array of projects (urban and rural) including Residential, Mix-Use and Commercial sectors.



As part of this talented team, you will be responsible for managing your own projects and caseloads whilst also being able to undertake site visits and site appraisals. The Town Planner will also lead in client meetings, feasibility studies and will play an overall key part in the company's development of the next few years.
