Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be working with an independent national planning consultancy in Leeds who are looking to expand their team through the appointment of a Senior / Principal Planner.

This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career and assist in the delivery of exceptional planning services across various sectors, including retail, education, residential and major mixed-use, and regeneration schemes. This company acts for several high-profile clients, including some of the country's major land developers, contractors, universities, housebuilders and retail operators!



Requirements

The successful candidate will need to have good knowledge of planning practice, legislation and have a keen eye for detail. You will be able to drive projects forward pro-actively, with a can-do attitude and provide first-rate support and strategic advice to senior members of the team.
