We are looking for an experienced RTPI qualified Development Management officer who will deal with some of the largest and most strategic planning applications in the city within the newly formed Area Planning Team or the established Strategic Growth Team.  You will need to demonstrate both the ability to deal with complex minor and major planning applications and, equally as important, an excellent approach to customer service and delivery.
