Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council are committed to becoming the best planning authority in Hertfordshire. We have set out to make our workplaces vibrant and happy places to be, places where our people feel safe, content and valued. From a generous annual leave entitlement, to flexible working and opportunities to buy and sell leave, our benefits package provides a great work/life balance.

If you are interested in working in a high-performance authority and helping to shape our New Town and Garden City environments, we want to hear from you.
