An exciting opportunity has opened for a Town Planner to join a large consultancy in the Manchester area on a permanent basis. My client is a national consultancy with offices all over the UK working on a wide range of sectors from retail and leisure, healthcare, residential, energy and resources.

To be considered for this role you must have the following:-

• Be a member of the RTPI
• Previous experience in a private consultancy or local authority
• Managing large and complex planning projects
• Business development experience
• Winning new business for the company
• Working on residential projects
