An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Planner or Senior Planner to join an established independent planning practice based just outside of Birmingham.

With an excellent presence in the market, this established consultancy work across a range of projects, specialising in the residential, education, health, infrastructure, leisure and mixed use markets.


Key duties for the role will include:

* Coordinating both minor and major complex schemes

* Assessing sites for development suitability

* Drafting development proposals

* Attending planning committee meetings

* Assisting the team in preparation for Inquiries

* Offering strategic advice to a range of clients
