We’re delighted to announce an exciting new opening for an experienced Town Planner to join a top firm who have offices across Norfolk. With an exciting business plan, which sees the company grow and move in to other new streams of planning related business, this is a great opportunity to be part of the firm’s future.

The Planning Manager will provide specialist advice on all planning related matters on behalf of the firm. From detailed planning application requirements to strategic planning policy advice, the company have a proven track record of securing planning approvals for a wide range of developments, all of which the incoming Planning Manager will oversee. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Directors with the office’s strategy and be a mentor to junior members of the team.

As a Planning Manager, you will have a number of years’ planning experience, specialising in the residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural sectors. You’ll hold full Chartership of the RTPI, an excellent network of contacts in the region with a strong academic background. Culturally, the Planning Manager will be a natural collaborator and see the importance of sharing knowledge and working as part of a team.

Ideally, the Planning Manager will be used to working in the private sector although candidates from the public sector with a strong commercial mindset will also be considered. The successful applicant will receive a salary between £40,000 - £44,000 with a range of other benefits including working from home for some of the week.
