Are you are Senior Town Planner from a private sector background (consultancy or developer) who is looking to take the next step in your career? My client are a residential developer operating across London, who due to a significant portfolio and future pipeline, are now looking to add a Planning Manager to the team

They are a 'hands-on' developer with in-house capabilities to acquire land, obtain planning and complete developments, therefore managing the full life-cycle of their developments. With an excellent culture and staff retention of over 90%, this is an excellent opportunity for a Town Planner looking for a new challenge.



As a Key member of the team, you will be :

- Involved in sites from acquisition and helping with background research as part of the due diligence to help
inform the purchase of sites

- Assisting on major schemes that have been acquired that are complex in nature and require pragmatic solutions in order to gain planning permission

- Prepare responses to consultation drafts of Local Plan, GLA, National Planning documents



- Prepare planning applications, including planning
statements

- Act as a conduit between the Planning Department and other internal departments to ensure opportunities are optimised




We are looking for a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) with at least 2-5 years experience withing a planning consultancy or a developer. Some exposure to Local Authorities / GLA would also be desirable.
