Our close client is a successful house builder based in West Midlands. They are currently on the lookout for a Planner with some experience to join their ever-growing and excellent team. The ideal candidate will have anywhere between 1-5 years planning experience. Our client wants to hear from candidates who have Post-graduate experience in Local Authority or Developer. This is the perfect opportunity for a Planner to progress in their Planning career working on excellent projects.

Duties in your new role will include:

·         Working with a range of clients on a diverse range of projects

·         Undertaking planning research and analysis

·         Drafting reports and make recommendations

·         Managing the entire planning application and appeals

The ideal Town Planner will have the following:

·         Member of the RTPI (Or working towards)

·         A degree in town planning

·         Between 1-5 years planning experience (in Local Authority of Developer)

·         The capability to work well in a team

·         Excellent communication skills

·         The ability to deliver on a range of projects

Salary for this role will be negotiated depending on experience
