Senior Town Planner - Multi-Disciplinary
Bedford
£32,000 to £40,000 + Company Car + Full Benefits
Seen as one of the best in the UK our client is seeking a Senior Town Planner to join the organisation and work on a wide range of projects. Caseloads will cover other market areas such as mixed-use, residential and commercial and will involve all aspects of the planning process including Development Control and Policy.
You will come from either the Local Authority or Private Consultancy and will show a proven track record working with minimal supervision and a desire to progress through a company whose main strength is in the Residential sector.
You will be required to produce documents covering planning applications and appraisals, appeal submissions and making sure that all work is in line with the client's requirements and RTPI legislation. Covering both the Public and Private sector you will be on site but will also be given a flexible working environment.
To apply you will hold 4-5 years of commercial experience in Town Planning and have a degree and master's that is RTPI recognised. Your experience can be from either the Public or Private sector as mentioned but experience in both would be ideal. In return, you will be able to progress through the company as the client will always look to promote from within thus rewarding hard work and effort with opportunity.
