Are you starting out in your career within Town Planning?

Do you want to work for one of the largest independent Telecoms companies of its kind, working with the UK's major mobile telecommunications operators?

As a Town Planner you will be working as part of a dedicated team to assist in all stages of the planning process, from site selection to completion on a rage of projects.

Liaising with internal and external acquisition specialists and design engineers throughout the process will be second nature to you thus giving you the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks and develop your skills and knowledge in many areas within the planning sector.

As a Junior / Town Planner You will have graduated with a RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or relevant subject.

Communication and stakeholder engagement is key to this role, and you will be confident liaising with public and community representatives, as well as internal management teams.

Assisting in the thorough researching of the full planning history of sites, and checking that this is complete, while contrasting the planning history with that shown on the site licence and making sure that they match one another and the known boundaries of sites will all be second nature to you.
