Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Town Planer to join the Development Management Team within the Local Authority.

The successful candidate will have recent experience with Local Planning Authorities and have experienced dealing with Major Planning Applications for units 1000+ 

You will be able to hit the ground running and work with minimal supervision. You will hold a Full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

The role has been considered inside IR35 with pay rate negotiable depending on experience.
